Any agency or individual is able to send invitations to potential clients who can then register online with AlwaysOn Property Management LLC. Once a new client is registered and has picked a management package, the referrer will receive compensation for each property that the client manages with AlwaysOn Property Management LLC.

Real Estate Professionals Flat Fee Referral Program

Real estate agents and brokers can refer clients to AlwaysOn Property Management LLC. The real estate agent or broker will receive a flat fee for each client that is referred, as long as they maintain an active account with AlwaysOn Property Management for one year.

Clients that are referred by real estate agents and brokers will receive free management services for one month with any package that is chosen.
